habits
I try to stick to a few habits every day. Some I already have no problem with following, some are a work in progress.
I track them in my daily notes which you can find through the calendar.

- lifetrack: fill the daily note on this lifetrack website
- no_junk_food: don’t eat junk food (mostly maccas, chips etc.)
- research: actively read / watch something technology related
- reading: reading a book
- duolingo: do a daily lesson in german
- coding: coding at least 20 mins
- mantra: listen to gravemind / stoic / stone in focus .mp3s
- prayer: pray during the day
- vitamins: take daily dose of vitamins
- supplements: take supplements specified in TODO: supplements
- bt_morning: brush teeth shortly after waking up
- bt_evening: brush teeth before going to bed
- no_phone_in_bed: don’t use phone in the bed
- no_twitter: don’t use twitter more than 5 mins allowed (edit: AT ALL)
- no_youtube: don’t use youtube more than 1h allowed
- workout: gym or other very active workout
- no_nicotine: don’t use any nicotine product
- no_alcohol: don’t drink any alcohol
